Hey everyone! My name is Kim, and I am the owner of Creations by Kim, formerly known as Painted Creations by Kim. I started crafting using a cutting machine in 2016, where I mainly made signs for myself personally. Shortly thereafter, I decided to share my talents by doing painting parties in Emmetsburg and surrounding towns. My husband, Mitch, has been amazing at supporting me through all of my crazy ideas. We met when I was in high school and married in 2002. Our only child, Andrew was born in 2004, which makes me an empty nester, yes, I’m THAT old  We also raise show boer goats, and Mitch sells net wrap and twine. We are quite busy, so I always say I do the crafting in the free time I don’t have! Recently, my husband and I purchased a small acreage in NW Missouri, where we go to get away and relax when we’re not working on doing updates to our property there. While in Missouri, we met two amazing Amish families that create the beautiful refurbished barn wood signs that are for sale on my site, as well as make the Amish jams/jellies I offer, and the other family also makes signs and sells the POLYWOOD furniture listed on my site at a hugely discounted price, so we share that discount with you, our customers!
